Awards Night Recap
This week, Lakewood Lodge held our annual awards night. Two 65-year Masons were present to accept their awards personally! Brothers Charlie Brewer and William Primrose Jr. both accepted their 65-year pin and certificate from District Deputy Grand Master Stephen M. Behm and District Education Officer Henry G. Mankowski. After the ceremony both brothers shared some stories regarding the history of Lakewood Lodge No. 601 and other thoughts on their 65 years in our Fraternity. Brother Brewer is also celebrating his 97th birthday in the coming weeks! All in attendance then met downstairs for refreshments after the meeting.
A special thanks goes out to Bro. Bob Mahocik and Bro. Jason Briggs for providing transportation to our brothers receiving the awards. As always, a thanks goes out to our 22nd District officers for attending our meeting and always offering helpful advice and support as Lakewood 601 continues to grow and continuously improve.
